To secure your booking, you need to make an initial deposit of 100 Euro , or pay the whole rent upfront.

 

The 100 Euro also act as a cancellation fee, ie: should you cancel your booking, the 100 Euro are non refundable !

The balance of the rent must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival to the caretaker.

Also, you will need to give the caretaker a 500 Euro security deposit, which you will get back when you leave the flat, provided all is in order.

 

To send the 100 Euro , the best is by Western Union (Its the fastest, and most secure means)

You may also send a cheque in Euros, issued from a French, Spanish, Portuguese or British bank ( in Sterling pounds !) .

If Western Union is unavailable where you reside, you may still try sending an IMO (International Money Order )

From October to March :

Per night : 85 Euro - Weekly rental : 500 Euro - One month rental : 1400 Euro

( minimum 3 nights rental )

 

From April to September :

 

Per night : 80 Euro - Weekly rental : 450 Euro - One month rental : 1250 Euro

( minimum 3 nights rental )
